Who creates and packs the orders?
All orders are printed and hand cut here in the art studio, then they’re packaged and shipped off with love by me!
Are the products noticeably handmade?
Every order is cut by hand so there will be slight differences which make each piece unique.
What is a ‘whoopsie’ pack?
These items are B grade and sold at a reduced price, so it's a great way to grab a bargain. Because all items are handmade and sometimes there are imperfections. These items could have slight visible flaws like an imperfect cut line, little scratches or air bubbles.
Since this is the first shop launch there are also whoopsies with few imperfections but different designs, for example; different colouring, a matte film instead of a holo film, or glossy finish that is not on the shop. Therefore, you could receive a variation that is unique and not available for purchase. All other products are sold at grade a with no visible flaws.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes they are all waterproof and weatherproof with a film on top to be extra protected.
Shipping
When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to be dispatched within 2 weeks, I’ll do my best to create your order as quickly as I can.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - I ship worldwide except for EU and Northern Ireland. I offer a standard mail option for international orders, also known as stamped. This means your order will be sent without tracking.
All orders over £70 will automatically receive tracked shipping instead. Currently this is the only method to receive the tracked mail option for international orders. Please remember to use the discount code.
How much does shipping cost?
UK is £3 for tracked shipping.
International is £4 for standard (untracked shipping).
Use CODE 'FREESHIP35' for free shipping when you spend over £35.
If you spend £70 or more then, your order will automatically receive tracked shipping instead.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping for UK orders with tracked shipping is 1-3 weeks after dispatch.
Estimated shipping for International orders with standard shipping is 1-5 weeks after dispatch.
Estimated shipping for International orders above £70 with tracked shipping is 1-4 weeks after dispatch.
These are estimates, I cannot guarantee ship times and am not responsible for shipping delays. If you need to have your purchased items for a specific date, please be sure to place your order well in advance.
Can I track my order?
International orders are sent using stamped mail, tracking is only applied to orders over £70. UK orders will receive an email with their tracking number once the order has dispatched.
My order was mailed without tracking and has not arrived. What do I do?
You must wait until the shipping window has passed from the dispatch date. If you still have not received your order, please let me know using the 'contact' form.
While a lost order is rare, it does happen. By consenting to using untracked mail, we are mutually assuming the risk of an order being lost and unable to track. That being said, I will do my best to work with you if this happens to your order. If the order is valued at or under £20, I will replace the order at no cost to you. For any value over £20, I will replace the order at 50% of the original cost.
Please note that I reserve the right to refuse a replacement if a person has made multiple orders that are lost. Due to scammers, a second replacement of an order will not be made under any circumstance.
My order was mailed with tracking and has not arrived. What do I do?
Please check the vicinity of your shipping location, with neighbours and your local facebook page where sometimes lost packages can be found. You can also contact your post office in person to see if they can resolve the issue.
Once I ship the package out to you, it is out of my control. Sadly, if your package gets stolen or lost by the postal service then it is your responsibility as a customer to file a claim with Royal Mail/Parcelforce. I cannot offer you a replacement or refund since these situations are out of my control, and as a one person business, I can’t afford to replace/refund tracked orders.
I accidentally provided the wrong/incomplete address. What do I do?
Please please please triple check your address before placing an order. If you have provided the wrong address, please fill out the ‘contact’ form from the section above to let me know ASAP. If the order has not been shipped yet, I will correct the address for you. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to fix it at that point. I cannot refund or replace the order under this circumstance. It is imperative as the buyer that you double check all of the information you are providing for accuracy before placing an order.
Do I have to pay international customs fees?
Yes! Most of the time packages clear customs absolutely fine, but in the event that extra costs incur post shipping, I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes. This is the buyer's responsibility!
Please monitor your package closely and be ready to pay any customs or duties if you are an international buyer.
Can I return or exchange my item?
No, I don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be mindful when placing your order.
